It replaces the old monthly challenges and provides more time, more coaching, and better results. Each Challenge includes a complete training plan, a structured nutrition plan, 40+ recipes, Zoom calls, and daily support inside the private coaching group. -

Nope! Start where you are. Our Coaching Community uses the name "Challenge" to mark the six-week structure and communal start date, it's not an indicator of advanced difficulty. This program is designed to meet you exactly where you are, whether you're a busy professional needing efficient workouts or an experienced lifter who wants to advance their training.

The biggest difference between the Coaching Community and my programs is access.
With the Coaching Community, you get daily support from me in our private group, live Zoom coaching calls, and the accountability of a group that starts and finishes the 6-week Challenge together. It’s a real-time coaching experience.
Standalone programs are great if you prefer to train on your own schedule, but if the quarterly start date works for you, the Coaching Community gives you the highest level of guidance, support, and connection. -
Every program purchase includes app access, a downloadable eBook, and a desktop dashboard (just use the same login as your app account).
You can follow your workouts however works best for you, on your phone, on your computer, or straight from the PDF.

You will receive a welcome email with a link to join a private Facebook group. The group provides, support, accountability, & motivation. Monday-Friday, I answer every question in the group. EVERY QUESTION!!
The FB Group is optional. You don’t need to join to participate in the Challenge, but it is a great bonus.

This is your time to connect with me face to face and ask me anything related to fitness, nutrition, or staying consistent. We can also talk about general health and lifestyle topics like sleep, stress, recovery, mindset, and daily habits that support your goals.
These calls are a great opportunity to connect with the community, hear from others working toward similar goals, and gain motivation and accountability through shared experiences.
Each session is one hour long and not recorded, creating a comfortable space to speak openly and get real-time feedback.
Zoom Calls are optional with time zones & work schedules they won’t work for everyone. -
All skill levels are welcome & encouraged.
Each Challenge includes a gym program & a dumbbell-only program. You can follow the program in a full gym or with a dumbbell setup at home. Everything is delivered through my app, with an eBook and desktop access if you prefer to print or view on a computer. -
Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access, all sales are final. Please make sure you have reviewed all program details before purchasing.
Upon purchase, you receive immediate access to the Don Saladino App, the printable program, the nutrition guide, the supplement guide, and the macro guide. Because these materials are delivered digitally and available instantly, we are unable to offer refunds on any programs.
If you are unable to start or complete your program right away, you have flexibility. Your program will remain in your app account for 500 days from the date of purchase, so you can complete it on your own schedule.
